The Big Move

I've been putting this post off as long as I could handle it, I just worry that I may jinx anything before it's final but here we go...

We sold our house, over a week ago, and couldn't have asked for a better scenario, they are paying cash! Of course we (aka Andrew) bought this house when the market was the highest so of course trying to sell now all we were trying to do was to break even. We will be bringing some cash to the table but not nearly as much as someone buying with a mortgage.

In the same night that we found out about this we also received the news that the builder excepted our offer on 'the' house!

So, now we close on our current house on the 14th. They are allowing us to live here until the 30th, paying rent, and we will close and move into our new house on the 27th!!

Can't wait for everyone to come and visit!!

We will have sod & sprinklers put in (hopefully before we move in)
