Andrew & our neighbor, Chris, have been working on a remote control airplane for a couple of weeks now. We received the plane (in pieces) about 4 years ago from my brother and Andrew never did anything with it because he didn't know how to put it together, it didn't come with any instructions. So, when we were outside one day while A & Libby played, which we do almost every single day, the plane came into conversation and from there Chris was so excited to put it together and get it flying! He had done this before and is almost done with school for something to do with planes so clearly he knew what he was doing!

They finished the plane on Sunday afternoon but everything needed some more time to charge so the unveiling was on Monday! After a couple small mishaps the plane flew great, even with how windy it was outside!

And to segway into our 'taking flight', Andrew & I leave early Thursday morning to Northern California with some good friends of ours, Jimmy & Amy. We are so excited, lots of pictures to follow!!
